Default Chocolate Pie

Ingredients For Chocolate Pie Recipe

4 eggs
Half cup liquid oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 spoons of cocoa
1 tea cup milk
1.5 cups flour
1 packet baking powder

For the Dec cream:

2 cups milk
1 tbsp topping cornstarch
1 spoonful of cocoa
5 spoons of sugar
40g dark chocolate (according to desire)

Chocolate Pie Recipe Ingredients

First, we'll prepare the decanter and let it cool. Mix the cocoa, sugar and cornstarch with half a cup of milk.
Heat the remaining 1.5 cups milk in a small saucepan. Add the starchy mixture to the milk and simmer until it is the consistency of custard. If you want to use chocolate after turning off the stove, add it in and let the chocolate melt with the temperature of the cream. After the cream has cooled, let's prepare our cake batter.
Beat the sugar well with the liquid oil, then prepare the dough, adding the remaining cake ingredients. It's a thick dough.
Pour half of the cake dough into the cuffed mould you've greased over it and pour the decant cream over it without getting too close to the edges.
Pour the remaining cake dough over the decant cream and smooth it over with a spatula. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 25-30min. After it has cooled, it is turned upside down and can serve by garnishing it with icing sugar.

This cake recently I saw it on his website. I tried it yesterday for my guests, usually I try the new recipe before the guests, but for some reason I wanted to try this recipe. It was a cake that my guests liked. I want to try again, when I first made the Dec cream a little more fluid and did not stick to the recipe it was good taste but the service was a little difficult. I'm sure it would be a much nicer cake by the measurements above. Bon Appetit to anyone who tries.
