Default Practical Raw Meatballs (In Robot))

Ingredients For Practical Raw Meatballs (In Robot) Recipe

For The Raw Meatballs;

2 cups koftelik fine bulgur
1 cup warm water
2 onions
1 head garlic ( extracted )
1 piece tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chilli paste
Half tea cup olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate sour
Half a bunch parsley


1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp isot
1 tbsp pulbiber
1 tsp salt

For The Hot Sauce;

3 tbsp pomegranate sour
2 tbsp isot chilli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp water

I'm here again with a recipe of practical nefissss ☺ ☺

The most tiresome and distracting part of iğkfte is the part of softening the findings and missing the ingredients, so we do it with the robot, and it is very super, really does not look for the truth.

Onion and garlic are cleaned and taken to the robot.
It is nicely chopped.
Put peeled tomatoes in it and chop the room.
Paste is added on a two-round robot is turned.
The meatballs are added to the bulgur and a round or two is rotated with it.
First half a cup of warm water is added so that it is run.
After 2 minutes, the cover is opened and the sides are turned upside down and the cover is closed and 2 more rounds are rotated.
Half a cup of lukewarm water is served with 2 minutes to continue to draw in the robot.
Open the lid and top again with a spoon until the Blades are removed slightly stirred.
Cover is closed and flipped for another 1-2 minutes.
It is left to rest for up to 15 minutes before it opens.
In the meantime, parsley is minced thinly.
Spices are prepared.
While the raw meatballs are resting, hot sauce is made.

🎀 🎀 For Hot Sauce;

Pomegranate sour and isot mixed nicely in the bowl.
Oil is added and mixed well.
Add water and mix for the last time.
And our sauce is ready to eat with raw meatballs after waiting less 😋 😋
I also put isot and pomegranate sour into the last yogurt to tell iğkfte.
If desired, we can put as much of this sauce as we want without adding extra yoghurt.

After rest;

After resting in the iğkfte is emptied into a large kneading Bowl.
Add the spices and pomegranate sour and soak our hands for 2 minutes until we miss and knead.
Finely chopped parsley, salt and oil are added and knead for another 2-3 minutes.
The last time we Wet our hands a few more times, we knead and Miss well.
Lettuce is lined up on the serving plate and raw meatballs are squeezed on top.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve. 🍋🍋🍋🍋
